If a Member loses or damages an access card, or has one stolen from them, we always charge a $100 replacement fee. This is applied to their next invoice.
We ask you to let us know as soon as possible for lost access cards/keys. At some locations, we will need to send a new headshot along with first and last name so we can start the process for a new card. With hard keys, again please let us know as soon as possible so we can start the process of getting you a new one.
