Mail Forwarding is not included in the base Virtual Office Membership. This is an additional service that you can add on for $20/month + tax. With the Mail Forwarding add-on service, all regular sized mail will be forwarded to an address of your choosing once a week (every Tuesday) in a manila envelope via airmail.
You may still pick up your mail should you need something earlier or you may inquire about a one-off forward, the cost of which is $5 + tax each time. Any irregularly shaped items must either be picked up or sent through Purolator. The cost of shipping for these irregular items will be charged directly to the Member, as well as a $10 administrative fee.
