You are more than welcome to host a meeting outside of our operating business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm). However, these meetings cannot be booked through the Members’ Portal and must be booked through one of the Community Team members (i.e. your location’s Community Manager, Community Associate, or Director of First Impressions).
As an Onsite Member of iQ Offices, we trust that you will be using the meeting room for the booked time only, but should we be made aware of extended use this will be reflected on your invoice.
